Senior BASE24 Developer - ACI Tandem

Job Description : - Design, develop, and support applications using ACI Tandem Base24 Classic, EPS, TAL, TACL, and Screen COBOL. - Deliver robust solutions for Merchant Acquiring Authorization systems and transaction switching. - Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment. - Work on NCR implementations, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. - Engage in authorization processing involving MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners, and CUP. - Manage stakeholders effectively across business and technical teams. - Provide support during UAT, production implementation, and post-live stabilization. - Maintain technical documentation and ensure code quality and standards are met. Key Skills & Experience : - Core Expertise : ACI Tandem Base24 Classic, EPS, TAL, TACL, and Screen COBOL. - Domain Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Merchant Acquiring, Transaction Processing, and Settlements. - Strong Switch Processing experience. - Experience in implementation and support of acquiring authorization systems. - Prior exposure to payment schemes : MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners, CUP. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management Qualifications : - Experience with NCR merchant solutions. - Proven success in end-to-end project execution in the banking or payments domain. - Familiarity with security, compliance, and PCI standards.
