Salesforce Technical Architect - Sales Cloud/Service Cloud

Location : Noida. Experience Required : 8 Years. About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team in Noida. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong client-facing capabilities, and a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and enterprise-level CRM solutions. You will be responsible for translating functional business requirements into scalable and secure technical architecture and guiding cross-functional teams through implementation and delivery. Key Responsibilities : - Solution Architecture : Own the end-to-end architecture and design of Salesforce-based solutions for various client engagements. - Client Engagement : Work closely with clients to understand their business context, technical requirements, and goals. - Pre-Sales & Consulting : Lead pre-sales activities including demos, PoCs (Proof of Concepts), and proposal presentations. - Solutioning & Customization : Develop tailored, scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices. - Cloud Expertise : Leverage Salesforce cloud products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud in solution design. - Governance & Delivery Oversight : Oversee enterprise delivery, governance, and ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices. - Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers. - Training & Mentoring : Train and mentor internal technical teams (developers, leads, pre-sales consultants) on Salesforce platforms and standards. - Code Review & Quality Assurance : Ensure the technical quality and alignment of the implementation with the architectural vision. Skills & Requirements : - Experience : 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise software applications (Salesforce/Java/CRM). - Minimum 2 years in a Technical Architect or Technical Analyst role. - CRM Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms, with exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce standard products. - Cloud Implementation : Strong experience in cloud-based implementations and enterprise integration strategies. - Solutioning Experience : Demonstrated expertise in solution design, pre-sales, consulting, and client management. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders and technical teams effectively. - Leadership : Experience leading cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to architecture standards and delivery excellence. - Certifications (Good to Have) : Salesforce Architect certifications or equivalent Salesforce credentials are a plus.
