Lead .Net Developer - C#

Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of .NET Core applications using C#. - Drive and contribute to the creation of comprehensive unit test cases using frameworks such as xUnit, nUnit, or MSTest to ensure code quality and reliability. - Be proficient in API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger to ensure the functionality and integrity of our APIs. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and possess a deep understanding of SQL Server database concepts. - Champion a quality-first approach within the development team, promoting the integration of testing throughout the development lifecycle. - Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. Communicate effectively within the team and across departments. - Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines. Promote and enforce best practices in software development and testing. - Analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Contribute to the identification and implementation of innovative solutions to improve our development and testing processes. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in .NET Core, testing methodologies, and related and Skills : - 10 years of extensive experience in .NET development using C# and the .NET Core framework. - Significant hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, nUnit, or MSTest, including the ability to design and write effective unit tests. - Strong working knowledge of API testing tools like Postman and Swagger for testing and validating RESTful APIs. - Excellent proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and a solid understanding of SQL Server database design and management. - Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of .NET developers, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Deep understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Strong communication (both written and verbal) and collaboration skills. - A proactive and self-motivated approach to : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
