Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Title : Salesforce Tech Lead Experience : 7 Years Location : Mumbai Time Zone : 9 AM to 6 PM IST (Occasionally may extend by a couple of hours) Primary Tech Stack : - Salesforce Core Development - Apex - Integrations - Data Migration - ETL (Talend) - Scripting - Customizations - Flows/Workflows Secondary Tech Stack : - Willing to get hands-on with code when required - A hustler/explorer, eager to work on POCs - Able to challenge the Salesforce team when necessary Job Responsibilities : - Lead Salesforce development projects, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions - Oversee integrations, data migration, and workflow automation using Apex, ETL, and Talend - Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to the development team - Develop and customize Salesforce applications to align with business needs - Drive innovation and efficiency in Salesforce implementations - Mentor and manage a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of excellence - Ensure best practices in coding, security, and compliance within Salesforce projects - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project goals - Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and drive technical discussions - Challenge and enhance the Salesforce teams approach when necessary Preferred Experience : - Strong technical expertise in Salesforce ecosystem - Experience in leading teams and managing Salesforce development projects - Proven ability to work on complex integrations and customizations (ref:hirist.tech)
