Lead Consultant - Artificial Intelligence Engineering

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Lead Consultant - AI Engineer to lead our AI development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that address complex business challenges for our clients. You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to our AI engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI/ML, strong consulting skills, and a passion for driving impactful outcomes through technology. Responsibilities : AI Solution Design and Development : - Lead the design and development of end-to-end AI solutions, including machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing applications. - Develop and implement AI algorithms and techniques to solve complex business problems. - Build and deploy scalable and robust AI systems using cloud-based platforms and tools. - Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of AI solutions. Technical Leadership and Mentorship : - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the AI engineering team. - Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development. - Establish and enforce best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality. Client Consultation and Engagement : - Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into AI solutions. - Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate AI capabilities and value propositions. - Develop proposals and statements of work for AI projects. - Provide expert advice and recommendations on AI strategies and technologies. AI Strategy and Innovation : - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies. - Research and evaluate new AI tools and techniques. - Identify opportunities for innovation and develop proof-of-concepts. - Contribute to the development of AI thought leadership and best practices. Project Management : - Lead and manage AI development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. - Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. - Manage project risks and issues. Data Management and Governance : - Design and implement data pipelines and architectures for AI applications. - Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. - Develop data governance policies and procedures. Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications : Education : - Master's or Ph.in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
