SAP GTS Consultant - LWC/Apex

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture. You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and robust Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, and REST API integration, and a strong understanding of Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud. Responsibilities : Technical Leadership and Architecture : - Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. - Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. - Design and implement scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality. Salesforce Development and Configuration : - Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. - Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and business rules. - Implement and manage Salesforce security models. - Develop and maintain technical documentation. REST API Integration : - Design and implement REST API integrations between Salesforce and external systems. - Develop and maintain API specifications and documentation. - Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues. Lightning Web Components (LWC) Development : - Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components for Salesforce applications. - Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces. - Optimize LWC performance and ensure compatibility across browsers and devices. Portal Development : - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce portals for external users. - Customize portal interfaces and functionalities. - Ensure portal security and performance. Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud : - Implement and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. - Implement and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. - Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience/Community Cloud solutions. Project Management and Collaboration : - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. - Participate in Agile development processes. - Manage development tasks and ensure timely delivery. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely. Testing and Quality Assurance : - Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications. - Perform unit, integration, and system testing. - Ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues. Continuous Learning : - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. - Research and evaluate new Salesforce features and tools. - Participate in training and professional development activities. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience : - 7 years of experience in Salesforce development. - 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead role. - Proven experience in Salesforce configuration and development. - Experience in building Salesforce portals. - Strong hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, and REST API integration. - Experience with Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud. Technical Skills : - Expert knowledge of Salesforce development and configuration. - Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. - Experience with REST API integration. - Knowledge of Salesforce security models. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
