Responsibilities : - Design and implement robust and scalable Node.js architectures for complex applications. - Lead architectural discussions and make key technical decisions. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks. - Define and enforce coding standards and best practices. - Develop high-performance backend systems and APIs using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS). - Implement complex business logic and data processing pipelines. - Ensure seamless integration with other systems and services. - Design and optimize database schemas (SQL or NoSQL). - Implement efficient database queries and performance tuning. - Manage database migrations and ensure data integrity. - Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Work with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. - Lead code reviews and ensure high code quality. - Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and performance testing. - Establish and maintain testing best practices. - Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers. - Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. - Lead technical discussions and workshops. - Manage development tasks and timelines. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability issues. - Troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement effective solutions. - Implement monitoring and logging 8-10 years of professional experience in Node.js development. - Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Node.js applications. - Experience in leading and mentoring development Skills : - Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks (Express.js, NestJS). - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Deep knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines. - Expertise in writing unit, integration, and performance tests. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Qualifications : - Experience with TypeScript. - Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka). - Experience with serverless architectures. - Contributions to open-source projects. - Experience in relevant industry domains (ref:hirist.tech)
