Job Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work From Office). Role Overview : As an AI Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Agentic AI-powered solutions. You will architect, develop, and scale intelligent, autonomous agents that enhance efficiency and automation across industries. Key Responsibilities : Agentic AI Development & Implementation : - Design and develop large-scale Agentic AI models and systems to power intelligent, autonomous workflows. - Oversee the full lifecycle of Agentic AI solutions-from planning and execution to monitoring and continuous adaptation. - Build AI-driven automation pipelines, integrating tools like n8n for seamless and adaptive workflow automation. - Develop robust APIs to integrate Agentic AI models with existing systems and external data sources. Cloud & Infrastructure : - Design and implement scalable Agentic AI infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Optimize cloud-based deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning of AI-driven autonomous systems. Performance Evaluation & Optimization : - Develop evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of Agentic AI models and iterate for continuous improvement. - Optimize Agentic AI systems to enhance adaptability, decision-making, and execution performance. Leadership & Collaboration : - Lead and mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovation-driven culture. - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to align AI capabilities with strategic goals. - Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for Agentic AI solutions across industries. Qualifications : - 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with expertise in intelligent automation and Agentic AI. - Strong understanding of Agentic AI principles, including planning, reasoning, execution, and adaptation. - Expert proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n) for integrating AI-driven automation. - Strong background in API design & development, particularly in the context of integrating AI-powered agents. - Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based AI deployment. - Solid understanding of database systems and data warehousing. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.
