Senior nCino Developer - Salesforce

Job Title : Senior nCino Developer / Architect Location : Bangalore Experience : 9 years Job Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities : Design and Development : - Lead design and development efforts for nCino-specific functionality. - Perform detailed product customization and demonstrations to stakeholders and Customization : - Demonstrate creating and configuring Salesforce.com custom fields and editing page layouts within an nCino demonstration environment. - Provide hands-on support and configuration expertise for nCino platform elements such as UI Group, Routes, Screens, and Product Expertise : - Lead architecture discussions, design data models to support business dashboards, and guide data consolidation strategies. - Work on configuring product catalogs, product packages, entities, collateral management, and other complex modules within & Subject Matter Expertise : - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as a subject matter expert (SME) in technical product setup, functional/architectural processes, and nCino best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize requirements and ensure alignment with out-of-box setups and minimal Expertise : - Stay updated on recent releases and functionalities in nCino to proactively apply new features to enhance platform performance and meet business Collaboration : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations to ensure seamless product implementation, integration, and and Qualifications : Educational Background : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related Skills : - Extensive hands-on experience with nCino UI Group, Routes, Screens. - Strong proficiency in configuring Salesforce.com, including custom fields, page layouts, and out-of-box configurations. - Deep understanding of nCino product catalog, product package, entities, collateral management, and covenants. - Experience in data modeling and architecture, particularly in the context of business dashboards and data : - 9 years of experience with nCino and Salesforce customization. - Proven track record in leading design, architecture, and product implementation. - Hands-on experience with nCino Set Up for System Skills : - Strong client handling and communication skills. - Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring junior team members. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to Qualifications : - Experience working with global teams and diverse business environments. - Familiarity with nCino's new releases and ability to adapt configurations accordingly. - Certifications related to Salesforce or nCino will be a plus.
