UI/UX Designer - Figma

We have an opening for the role of UI/UX Designer- B2B SaaS Specialist Experience : 2 Years Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid Mode) Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end design process for web, Android, and iOS applications. - Review and revamp existing UI/UX flows, elevating usability and visual coherence. - Design new features and user journeys from scratch using modern design practices. - Use AI-powered prototyping and design tools (i.e., Figma AI, Galileo, Uizard) to accelerate workflows. - Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life. - Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system for scalability and consistency. - Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data insights. Requirements : - 2 years of experience designing B2B SaaS products for web and mobile (iOS & Android). - Proficient in Figma; experience with AI design tools like Uizard, Galileo AI, or similar is a plus. - Strong foundation in UX principles, responsive design, and interaction patterns. - Ability to simplify complex workflows into clean and engaging interfaces. - Experience with usability testing, prototyping, and design iteration. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience) (ref:hirist.tech)
