Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies

Job Title : Scrum Master Location : Bangalore (Work from office) Experience : 7 years Education : Premium Education Background (Tier-1 Institutes such as IITs, IIMs, NITs, BITS, or equivalent preferred) Industry : Fast-Paced Startups, Large-Scale Projects Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive agile best practices across multiple teams working on complex, multi-domain solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong agile mindset, extensive experience in fast-paced startup environments , and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple Scrum teams. Key Responsibilities : - Act as a Servant Leader, facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. - Enable high-performing teams by identifying and resolving impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to agile methodologies. - Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration. - Manage dependencies and coordination across multiple Scrum teams working on complex, multi-domain projects. - Drive agile transformation initiatives, influencing stakeholders and leadership on agile adoption strategies. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities. - Measure and improve team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown charts, etc.). - Champion a proactive problem-solving approach, ensuring teams remain focused and deliver high-quality outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, preferably within fast-paced startups. - Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS). - Experience in handling large-scale projects with multiple Scrum teams. - Mandatory Agile Certifications : Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to drive solutions. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proven ability to drive Agile maturity within organizations. - Strong understanding of Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.). Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a high-growth startup environment. - Exposure to s caled Agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS. - Strong technical background or understanding of software development processes.
