ServiceNow Developer Description : We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in developing and administering ServiceNow applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that enhance business processes. Responsibilities : - Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs. - Customize and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Perform system configuration, testing, and deployments for ServiceNow functionalities. - Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and customizations. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations. - Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Skills and Qualifications : - 4-14 years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform features and capabilities. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with ServiceNow ITIL modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog). - Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integrations with other systems. - Knowledge of database technologies and SQL. - Ability to write and debug scripts in ServiceNow. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
