Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Analyze and solve complex problems, proposing innovative and effective machine learning solutions. - Design, develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms for product development projects. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, GenAI, and related technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Work on a wide variety of projects covering areas including Edge and Cloud computing, distributed and fault-tolerant systems, and containerization. - Apply machine learning algorithms to generate accurate predictions and insights. - Resolve data set problems, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. - Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines. - Work with and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) in at least one project. - Utilize data analysis techniques and tools to extract meaningful information from datasets. - Implement and work with LLM tools. - Leverage expertise in SciPy for scientific and technical computing. - Apply knowledge and experience in deep learning, TensorFlow, NLP, and related frameworks. - Ensure the robustness, scalability, and performance of machine learning solutions. - Document technical designs, solutions, and processes clearly and effectively. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code and Skills : - 5-10 years of prior experience in a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role. - Strong programming skills with proficiency in at least one programming language (preferred Python). - Understanding of basic full-stack development concepts. - Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms. - Proven experience for GenAI implementations in at least one project. - Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools. - Working experience in implementing LLMs tools. - Expertise in SciPy for scientific and technical computing. - Knowledge and experience in deep learning, TensorFlow, NLP, and related frameworks. - Proficiency in at least one Database Management System (DBMS). - Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture. - Ability to write robust code in Python and R. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
