Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Create Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Business Requirement Documents (BRD). - Define use cases, user stories, and process flows for development teams. - Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Design screen mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize business processes. - Work closely with UI/UX teams to enhance the user experience. - Use tools like Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, or similar for prototyping. - Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimizations. - Assist in defining and improving business processes for efficiency. - Develop BPMN diagrams, flowcharts, and work breakdown structures. - Ensure business requirements are implemented effectively in ERP systems or software applications. - Support end-to-end ERP/turnkey software development projects. - Work closely with developers, testers, and architects to ensure accurate implementation. - Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure system functionality aligns with business expectations. - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and clients. - Prepare user manuals, training guides, and conduct training sessions for end-users. - Communicate findings and project updates effectively to all stakeholders.
