Senior LLM Engineer - Generative AI

Role : Sr LLM Engineer Remote location - 7 to 12 years of professional experience in building Machine Learning models & systems/ software Engineer background and moved to LLM for last 3-4yrs - 1 years of hands-on experience in how LLMs work & Generative AI (LLM) techniques particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents. - Experience in driving the engineering team toward a technical roadmap. - Experience in programming skills in Python, Langchain and SQL is a must. - Understanding of Cloud services, including Azure, GCP, or AWS - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business SMEs Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for various applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into existing systems and workflows. - Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in natural language processing and machine learning. - Analyze and evaluate model performance and implement improvements based on findings. - Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and technical skills related to LLMs. (ref:hirist.tech)
