Senior Software Developer - WPF/.Net

Location - Mangaluru Core Skills : WPF, C#, .NET, SQL, REST APIs, UX/UI Design Principles About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and creative WPF UI Developer to join our development team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance Windows desktop applications using WPF technology and .NET. You will play a critical role in crafting intuitive user interfaces, integrating with backend APIs, and delivering a seamless user experience across our applications. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop responsive and scalable UI components for Windows applications using WPF and MVVM design patterns. - Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional code with a focus on performance and user experience. - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs into the front-end components. - Build reusable libraries and components to streamline future development efforts. - Validate all user inputs and ensure proper error handling and data security across the UI layer. - Conduct cross-platform testing to ensure consistency across screen resolutions and hardware setups. - Support QA testing and resolve issues across development, UAT, and production environments. - Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and installation guidelines. - Provide internal and customer-facing demos of newly developed features. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Skills and Qualifications : - 4-7 years of hands-on experience in WPF and .NET C# application development. - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive layout design. - Solid experience with SQL databases and integrating REST APIs. - Familiarity with MVVM design pattern and best practices in UI development. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in performance optimization and memory management in desktop applications is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
