Java Team Lead - Microservices Architecture

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - Java to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building production-grade applications and services using Java, along with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of software design patterns and agile methodologies. Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in delivering high-quality software solutions. - Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. - Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through code reviews and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver robust solutions. Requirements : - Minimum 6 years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven experience in developing production-grade applications and microservices. - Strong expertise in Java 8 Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. - In-depth knowledge of Java 8 features : Collections, Generics, Multithreading, and Authentication. - Strong understanding of software design patterns and ability to articulate design decisions. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
