UI UX Designer - Photoshop/Sketch/Figma

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to craft visually appealing, user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to transform concepts into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Roles and Responsibilities : - Design intuitive and visually engaging UI layouts for web and mobile applications. - Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Ensure design consistency and adherence to branding across platforms and products. - Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in design. - Optimize user flows to improve user interaction, accessibility, and engagement. - Create and maintain a cohesive design system or style guide where necessary. Skills and Qualifications Required : - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. - Good sense of aesthetics including layout, color theory, and typography. - Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, InVision). - Familiarity with usability testing methods and tools. - Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers. - Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms is a plus.
