Key Responsibilities : - Design, plan, and implement Systrack solutions across enterprise user devices. - Lead the rollout of Systrack agents and monitor successful deployment across distributed environments. - Conduct regular performance monitoring and report on user experience metrics using Systrack dashboards. - Integrate ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) with Systrack for automated incident management and reporting. - Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure Systrack implementation meets organizational policies. - Analyze new customer environments to identify automation opportunities and propose Systrack-based solutions. - Design, implement, and maintain custom automation scripts and tasks within Systrack using PowerShell and other scripting tools. - Create custom Systrack dashboards tailored to business and technical needs. - Modify existing parameters, KPIs, and visualizations to better reflect real-time system performance and user activity. - Translate large and complex datasets into actionable insights and operational improvements. - Work with customer and internal teams to ensure all technical prerequisites and access permissions are in place prior to implementation. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on Systrack and related user experience monitoring tools such as Nexthink or Aternity. - Explain and present user experience dashboards and platform metrics to customers, technical leads, and business stakeholders. - Stay updated with the latest Systrack updates and best practices. - Document system configurations, implementation strategies, and integration workflows. - Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing the user experience monitoring Skills & Qualifications : Skills : - 4-7 years of hands-on experience in implementing Lakeside Systrack or similar platforms (e.g., Nexthink, Aternity). - Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting must be able to write, review, and debug complex scripts. - Experience in device monitoring, system performance tuning, and end-user behavior analytics. - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, end-user computing (EUC) environments, and Windows-based systems. - Proven experience integrating Systrack with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non- technical audiences. - Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with cross-functional teams (security, architecture, service desk, etc.). - Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. - Experience working in enterprise-level infrastructure environments. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus. - Knowledge of enterprise security practices and policies related to endpoint monitoring.
