Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

We are hiring for one the IT consulting firm. Location : Bangalore. Work Mode : Hybrid. Key Responsibilities : - Serve as the primary client contact for project delivery, responsible for translating business needs into actionable solutions. - Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. - Present business reviews and solution recommendations to client leadership and senior stakeholders. - Oversee campaign execution in SFMC across Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, and more. - Define process controls, QA frameworks, and delivery checklists to maintain high standards across all outputs. - Mentor, guide, and manage teams of associates and Associate consultants across multiple workstreams. - Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and client-side marketers, brand managers, and IT stakeholders. - Contribute to business growth by developing pitch decks, and supporting proposal development. - Lead client workshops and solutioning sessions to define future-state campaign strategy and martech roadmap. Candidate Requirements : - 5 years of experience in marketing automation, campaign operations, or marketing consulting. - Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). - Experience with other marketing automation platforms will be plus. - Track record of successfully leading client engagements, managing stakeholders, and delivering strategic outcomes. - Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to interface with C-level stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to manage omni-channel campaigns, quality control, and large cross-functional teams. - Analytic problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook. - Experience in reporting, campaign analytics, and deriving actionable insights. - Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset. - Effective oral and written communication skills that enable personal impact with senior-level decision makers. - SFMC Certifications (Email Specialist, Consultant) highly preferred. - Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment is preferable.
