Software Developer - Unreal Engine

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and optimize real-time 3D applications and games using Unreal Engine, with a focus on high-quality visualizations for virtual production and XR experiences. - Integrate game mechanics, environments, and virtual content seamlessly into interactive XR and game development projects. - Continuously enhance and improve CG pipelines and workflows for game development and virtual production. - Solve complex technical problems creatively and develop innovative solutions for game development and interactive media. - Set up and explore new VR and AR devices and applications to create immersive experiences. - Guide and mentor junior team members in game development and Unreal Engine best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective game design, development, and integration into larger projects. Requirements : - 2 years of proven experience in game development using Unreal Engine, including real-time 3D applications and virtual production. - Strong understanding of game mechanics, real-time rendering, physics simulations, and optimization. - Expertise in texturing, shading, lighting, and managing complex CG pipelines for game development. - Solid proficiency in C/C++ programming within the Unreal Engine environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions for game development challenges. - Ability to self-manage projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. - Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Experience in creating and optimizing digital humans, virtual characters, and advanced game assets. - Familiarity with other 3D tools such as Houdini, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Nuke, and After Effects. - Experience with Unity and other game engines. - Experience in designing and developing multiplayer or online game features. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Experience with Unreal Engine's virtual production, real-time game development, and XR integration. - Deep understanding of game engine performance optimization, AI programming, and multiplayer game development. - Experience with procedural content generation and advanced graphics techniques.
