Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist with a minimum of 7 years of expertise in the domain. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, demonstrating proficiency in both technical and functional aspects. This role requires a professional who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, provide innovative solutions, and lead technical discussions to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities : Salesforce Health Cloud Expertise : Leverage extensive experience in Salesforce Health Cloud to design, develop, and optimize solutions that cater to business requirements. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design : Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Development & Implementation : Utilize Salesforce development tools and best practices to implement workflows, integrations, and automation that enhance the functionality and efficiency of Health Cloud applications. Technical Leadership & Client Interaction : Act as a technical lead, guiding development teams and coordinating with clients to ensure successful requirement gathering, solutioning, and deployment. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking : Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Engage with various teams, including business analysts, product managers, developers, and QA teams, to deliver high-quality solutions. Declarative Automation & Ecosystem Utilization : Utilize all available Salesforce declarative tools and features effectively, ensuring that the ecosystem is leveraged to its fullest potential. Client Requirement Translation & Vision Roadmap : Understand client requirements across diverse industries and translate them into actionable implementation roadmaps that align with their strategic goals. Agile & DevOps Methodologies : Work within an Agile/Scrum/SAFe framework to ensure efficient and structured project execution while utilizing DevOps practices to enhance CI/CD pipelines. Project Documentation & Collaboration Tools : Maintain comprehensive project documentation using JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration tools to ensure seamless communication across teams. End-to-End SDLC Execution : Demonstrate hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and quality deliverables. Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud. - Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. - Experience working with APIs, RESTful services, and third-party integrations. - Deep understanding of Health Cloud data models, security configurations, and patient-centric workflows. - Ability to design custom objects, validation rules, flows, and process automation within Salesforce. - Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards. - Expertise in Salesforce Admin & Development, including Lightning Experience, Custom Components, and AppExchange solutions. - Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD tools. - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
