Reubro International - Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation & Performance Testing

We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing, with expertise in mobile (Android/iOS) and web application testing. The QA Engineer will work closely with developers and product teams to identify defects, optimize test cases, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities : Testing & Quality Assurance : - Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications. - Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report defects. - Ensure applications meet functional, performance, security, and usability standards. Automation & Performance Testing : - Implement test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress. - Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. - Develop and execute API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or Karate. Bug Tracking & Reporting : - Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools. - Work closely with developers to ensure timely defect resolution. - Validate fixes and conduct regression testing before releases. Security & Compliance Testing : - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. - Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments (if required). Collaboration & Documentation : - Work alongside developers, product managers, and UX teams to improve application quality. - Maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including test cases, reports, and guidelines. Skillset and Qualifications : Technical Expertise : - Minimum 3 years of experience in QA testing for web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, TestNG). - Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI). - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (Black Box, White Box, Regression, UAT, etc.). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for test automation. Testing & Debugging Skills : - Hands-on experience with functional, regression, performance, and security testing. - Strong debugging skills and root cause analysis expertise. Collaboration & Reporting : - Experience using JIRA, TestRail, or other bug-tracking tools. - Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in financial applications, KYC/OCR testing, or payment gateways. - Exposure to cloud-based testing environments (AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). - Knowledge of performance monitoring tools like New Relic or Dynatrace.
