Cyber Testing Director

Job Title : Cyber Testing Director Experience : 16 to 20 Years Location : Summary : We are looking for an experienced Cyber Testing Director with deep expertise in cybersecurity, penetration testing, and cloud security. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, hands-on experience in cybersecurity consulting, and a project-based approach to problem-solving. Candidates with a strong presence in the cybersecurity community (GitHub contributions, CVE publications, conference participation) will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities : - Lead cybersecurity testing engagements, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. - Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies for enterprise environments. - Provide technical leadership in assessing and mitigating security risks. - Work closely with teams to ensure compliance with security best practices across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). - Guide and mentor cybersecurity consultants, fostering skill development. - Stay updated with emerging threats and develop mitigation strategies. - Contribute to the cybersecurity community via research, CVE identification, and conference participation. - Ensure best practices in secure coding, application security, and ethical hacking methodologies. Key Candidate Requirements : Certifications (Preferred) : - OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) - OSWE (Offensive Security Web Expert) - CWEE (Certified Web Exploitation Expert) - Burp Suite Certified Professional (BSCP)(CEH is not considered a differentiator) Technical Expertise : - Strong hands-on experience in penetration testing (recent & relevant experience is required). - Expertise in cloud security - AWS and Azure security best practices. - Strong coding and scripting skills with demonstrated projects on GitHub. - Experience in identifying and reporting vulnerabilities (CVE publications preferred). - Familiarity with security assessment tools and frameworks.
