Senior ServiceNow Developer - Solution Design & Implementation

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows. You will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on IRM, ITPM, SPM, and APM. A valid Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory for this position. Responsibilities : Solution Design & Implementation : - Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, aligning with business requirements. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, including IRM (Integrated Risk Management), ITPM (IT Portfolio Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), and APM (Application Portfolio Management). - Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other ServiceNow configurations. Customization & Configuration : - Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to meet specific business needs. - Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards. Integration & Workflow Management : - Design and implement seamless integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. - Develop and maintain complex workflows and automation processes. - Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform. - Provide technical support to users and stakeholders. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Technical Leadership & Mentorship : - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. - Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality. Documentation & Reporting : - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. - Generate reports and dashboards to track system performance and usage. - Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow updates and best practices. Qualifications & Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - - 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development. Mandatory : Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. - Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, including IRM, ITPM, SPM, and APM. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. - Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Knowledge of database concepts and SQL. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Must be able to work on site in Pune, India.
