Senior Software Engineer - UI/UX

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer specializing in UI/UX to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user needs and business requirements into exceptional digital : - Design and develop high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and reusable code. - Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback to designers. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. - Define and enforce UI architectural standards, coding best practices, and design principles. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of UI component libraries and design systems. - Evaluate and recommend new UI/UX technologies and frameworks. - Implement solutions that adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG). - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to gather and refine requirements. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present UI/UX solutions and gather feedback. - Work in an agile development environment - Write and maintain unit and integration tests for UI components. - Debug and troubleshoot UI/UX issues across different browsers and devices. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness. - Optimize front-end code for best performance. - Implement lazy loading, and code splitting techniques. - Measure and improve web vitals. Required Skills & Experience : Technical Skills : - 8-10 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on UI/UX. - Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3. - Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework/library (React, Angular, Vue.js). - Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.). - Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. - Strong understanding of responsive design principles and techniques. - Experience with front end testing frameworks such as Jest, or Cypress. - Proficiency with Git. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, best practices, and accessibility standards. - Experience working with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). - Ability to translate UI/UX designs into functional code. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to mentor junior developers. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with TypeScript. - Familiarity with back-end technologies (Node.js, etc.). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of performance optimization techniques. Education : - Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
