Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with a focus on Integrations, Scripting, Flow Designer, and Request Catalog. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience with Discovery and Service Mapping, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM modules. You will work on various aspects of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and support related to ITOM. Responsibilities : - Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence. - Design and develop custom workflows, forms, and business rules using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). - Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to align with ITOM best practices and business requirements. - Lead and participate in the implementation of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping. - Configure and maintain Discovery schedules and probes. - Develop and maintain Service Maps to visualize infrastructure dependencies and service relationships. - Troubleshoot and resolve Discovery and Service Mapping issues. - Configure and implement ServiceNow Event Management to monitor and manage IT infrastructure events. - Integrate event sources and develop event correlation rules. - Implement event notification and escalation processes. - Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow ITOM modules and other enterprise systems (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDB, third-party applications) using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods. - Develop and maintain integration scripts and workflows. - Design and develop automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer for ITOM processes. - Implement complex business logic and automation using Flow Designer actions and integrations. - Test software or applications to ensure functionality and performance. - Fix straightforward bugs and escalate complex problems to senior team members. - Suggest recommendations for bug/problem resolution. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and process documentation. - Provide support for ServiceNow ITOM modules and integrations. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests. - Participate in on-call support as needed. Requirements : Experience : - 3 - 12 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM and integrations. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM modules. - Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API). - Hands-on implementation experience with Discovery and Service Mapping. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP). - Proficiency in ServiceNow Flow Designer. - Understanding of event management and operational intelligence. Functional Skills : - Understanding of IT infrastructure and service management best practices. - Ability to gather and analyze business requirements related to ITOM. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Certifications (Must Have) : - Discovery or Service Mapping Implementation Certification.
