Technical Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365/F&O Module

Job Description : We are seeking a proactive and skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Consultant with a strong emphasis on SSRS report development. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality reporting solutions and technical customizations within our D365 F&O environment. This role demands a strong understanding of X programming, report customization, data migration, and a passion for optimizing system Responsibilities : SSRS Report Development and Customization : - Design, develop, and implement complex custom SSRS reports and document templates tailored to business requirements within D365 F&O. - Modify and enhance standard D365 F&O reports to meet specific business needs. - Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy. - Develop and maintain data visualizations and Development and Customization : - Perform X programming to develop customizations and extensions for D365 F&O. - Develop and implement custom workflows and business logic. - Debug and resolve technical issues related to X and Requirements Gathering : - Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to gather and document reporting requirements. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Participate in workshops and meetings to define Migration and Integration : - Support data migration activities using data management framework and other relevant tools. - Develop and maintain API integrations with external systems. - Ensure data integrity and Optimization and Troubleshooting : - Analyze and optimize report performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and rendering. - Debug and troubleshoot report templates, printing solutions, and system performance issues. - Implement best practices for performance Testing, and Support : - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, development guides, and user manuals. - Conduct thorough unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide post-deployment support and resolve technical issues. - Ensure security protocols and best coding practices are Skills : - Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with a strong focus on SSRS report development. - Expertise in X programming for customizations and enhancements. - Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and stored procedures. - Experience with data migration tools and techniques. - Knowledge of API integrations and web services. - Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. - Understanding of security protocols and system performance tuning. - Understanding of the D365 data model (ref:hirist.tech)
