Senior SAP CPI Consultant with 8-10 years of experience. Expertise in PI to CPI Migrations. Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BTP Integration Suite Specialist to design, develop, and manage integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite components such as Integration Flow, Event Mesh, and API Management. This role focuses on enabling seamless B2B integrations, event-driven architectures, and secure, scalable API services. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and robust integration solutions aligning with business objectives. Key Responsibilities : Integration Development : - Design and implement B2B and A2A integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite components (e.g., Integration Flow, Integration Advisor, and Cloud Integration). - Develop and configure event-driven communication using SAP Event Mesh, ensuring real-time data synchronization. - Build secure and scalable APIs using SAP API Management, including lifecycle management, policies, and traffic monitoring. B2B Integration : - Configure and manage B2B adapters such as AS2, EDI, and SFTP for seamless partner communication. - Develop B2B integration scenarios using EDI formats (X12, EDIFACT) and Mapping Templates in Integration Advisor. - Manage partner profiles, communication protocols, and transaction monitoring. Event Mesh Implementation : - Design and deploy event-driven solutions using SAP Event Mesh to enable asynchronous, decoupled integrations. - Configure event subscriptions, message queuing, and event routing for scalable system communication. - Monitor and optimize event flow performance and reliability. API Management : - Develop, deploy, and manage APIs using SAP API Management for internal and external consumption. - Enforce security policies (e.g., OAuth, SAML, API Key) and implement rate limiting, throttling, and caching mechanisms. - Provide API documentation and support using SAP Developer Portal. Integration Monitoring & Support : - Monitor integration flows using SAP Cloud Integration Monitor and troubleshoot errors. - Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and optimized performance of all integration components. - Support post-implementation reviews and address integration issues. Collaboration & Documentation : - Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements. - Create detailed design documentation, flow diagrams, and integration best practices. - Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and business users. Required Skills and Qualifications : Technical Expertise : - Proven experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, Integration Advisor, API Management, and Event Mesh. - Expertise in SAP PI to CPI Migrations. - Experience in solutioning CPI Ad-hoc reprocessing through JMS service integrations. - Strong knowledge of B2B integration protocols such as AS2, SFTP, EDI (X12, EDIFACT), and OData/RESTful services. - Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). - Strong technical proficiency in developing iFlows, graphical mappings, XSLT mappings, Groovy scripts, adapters (SOAP, REST/OData, IDoc, HTTP/SFTP), and API management. - Deep understanding of integration protocols including SOAP, REST/OData services, HTTP/SFTP connectivity, IDocs/ALE. Programming & Development : - Proficiency in Groovy scripting, JavaScript, and XML for custom integration scenarios. - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and SAP RAP for extensibility. Integration Knowledge : - Familiarity with SAP modules like SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP PI/PO, and third-party integration tools. - Understanding of iPaaS concepts and middleware technologies. API Management : - Hands-on experience with API Gateway configurations, creating policies, and lifecycle management. - Knowledge of API security protocols like OAuth2.0, JWT, and SAML. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
