ETL Tester - Software Quality Assurance

Description : We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ETL testing processes, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the data pipeline. Responsibilities : - Design and execute ETL test cases and scripts to ensure data quality and integrity. - Collaborate with data engineers and developers to identify and fix data-related issues. - Perform data profiling and validation to assess the quality of data. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for ETL processes. - Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities. - Document testing processes, results, and issues for transparency and future reference. Skills and Qualifications : - 4-6 years of experience in ETL testing. - Proficiency in SQL and database management systems. - Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS. - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies. - Familiarity with data modeling concepts. - Knowledge of data quality and data governance best practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
