Senior Product Support Engineer

Responsibilities : - Provide expert-level application support to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. - Respond to and manage support tickets, prioritizing and escalating as necessary. - Troubleshoot and diagnose complex application issues. - Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring problems. - Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients on software and hardware systems. - Assist clients with installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides. - Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve advanced issues. - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide status updates and resolutions. - Provide clear and concise technical explanations to non-technical users. - Track and monitor application issues, ensuring timely resolution and closure. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance support efficiency. - Maintain accurate records of support activities and client interactions. - Maintain a strong understanding of software and hardware systems. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology. - Develop and maintain expertise in relevant applications and systems. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional support and technical assistance. - Proactively identify and address client needs and : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant experience in application support and technical assistance. - Strong application support and technical support skills. - Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Relevant experience with software and hardware systems. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
