Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of solutions in collaboration with developers. - Conduct technical reviews, including code reviews, design reviews, and system architecture evaluations. - Provide hands-on support in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting. - Lead, mentor, and motivate development teams to achieve project goals. - Allocate tasks among team members based on skills and project requirements. - Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. - Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. - Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. - Analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions. - Document application architecture, processes, and designs. - Facilitate collaboration between developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams. - Resolve team blockers and ensure smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Expertise : - Proficiency in PERN STACK, web applications - Proficiency in web technologies : PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js - Familiarity with DevOps, Cloud concepts, API management, Postgres Database. - Proven experience managing developer teams and fostering a collaborative environment. - Excellent understanding of software architecture and technical design principles. - Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management systems (i.e., Oracle). - Hands-on experience in creating and managing workflows, wireframes, and technical/functional specifications. - Strong coordination and leadership skills in a fast-paced IT environment.
