UX Designer - Prototyping Tools

Position: UX Designer Location : Bangalore (Work from Office - 5 Days a Week) Availability : Immediate Joiners Only Experience : 4 Years Were looking for a passionate and experienced UX Designer to join our growing team in Bangalore. What You'll Do : - Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes with advanced proficiency - Contribute to and maintain Design Systems (a plus if youve done this before) - Conduct Lean UX research to deeply understand user needs - Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to turn insights into intuitive experiences - Communicate design decisions clearlyboth in writing and verballyto cross-functional stakeholders - Balance multiple products and priorities at once - Work closely with Agile teams in a fast-paced environment What You Bring : - A 4-year degree in Design, Technology, or an equivalent field - Specialization in Design is a plus - 4 years of hands-on experience in UX design - Strong expertise in Figma and collaboration tools like Miro - Practical experience in user research and Lean UX methodologies - Prior exposure to the retail domain is a bonus - Ability to think critically, design creatively, and solve problems collaboratively - Understanding of product development life cycles (ref:hirist.tech)
