Salesforce Developer - Visual Force/Apex

Job Description : - Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions to streamline BFSI workflows, particularly focusing on loan origination, underwriting processes, and customer lifecycle management. - Develop and maintain robust and scalable Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows. - Integrate Salesforce seamlessly with core banking systems, various third-party APIs, and diverse financial data sources utilizing REST and SOAP API technologies. - Collaborate closely with product managers and business analysts to thoroughly understand BFSI domain-specific requirements and translate them into effective and scalable Salesforce functionalities. - Perform comprehensive unit testing, system testing, and provide active support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. - Proactively monitor data quality, implement stringent security protocols, and ensure adherence to compliance standards specific to the financial services industry. - Maintain efficient deployment processes utilizing tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD pipelines. - Leverage your experience with BFSI use cases, including KYC/AML workflows, lead management systems, and loan origination platforms, to deliver impactful solutions. - Apply your familiarity with Salesforce Shield, data encryption techniques, and compliance best practices to build secure and compliant Skills : - Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Salesforce Developer. - Strong proficiency in Apex development, including classes and triggers. - Hands-on experience in developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Experience with Visualforce pages and components. - Solid understanding and practical application of Salesforce Flows. - Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Good understanding of Salesforce data models and security concepts. - Familiarity with deployment tools like Git and Bitbucket. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Demonstrated experience with BFSI use cases (KYC/AML, lead management, loan origination, to Have : - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II). - Experience with Salesforce Shield and encryption techniques. - Familiarity with compliance standards within the financial services industry. - Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). - Basic understanding of data migration tools and processes.
