Senior C++ Developer - Banking Domain

Job Title : Senior C++ Developer Capital Markets/Banking Domain Location: 10 to 14 Years Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable C++ and C# applications for financial systems - Work with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions - Enhance and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability - Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers for financial data processing - Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a fast-paced environment - Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and documentation - Collaborate with global teams to deliver projects on time and within scope - Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to technical strategy Required Skills and Experience : - 1014 years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in C++ - Proficiency in C# and integration between C++ and C# components - Strong skills in SQL with experience in designing and optimizing complex queries - Solid understanding of Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services - Experience with multi-threading, low-latency systems, and performance optimization - Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns - Familiarity with software development lifecycle, version control (Git), and CI/CD practices - Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with FIX protocol or market data systems - Exposure to messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, ZeroMQ) - Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell - Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
