Sitecore Developer - .Net Core

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Sitecore Developer to join our growing digital team and help build powerful, scalable, and highly customized content-driven web applications. Youll play a key role in shaping user experiences by developing and optimizing components within the Sitecore Experience Platform, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver robust solutions in a cloud-first, DevOps-driven environment. This is a hands-on development role ideal for someone with a passion for enterprise CMS platforms, best-in-class coding practices, and modern web technologies. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy Sitecore-based web applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Customize and extend Sitecore CMS components, templates, layouts, and workflows using best practices (Helix/Habitat, SXA). - Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems for dynamic content delivery. - Support headless and composable architectures (JSS, GraphQL) and modern front-end integrations. - Implement personalization, multilingual/multisite solutions, and SEO optimization strategies within Sitecore. - Collaborate with designers, marketers, product owners, and backend engineers to ship full-stack features. - Participate in CI/CD processes and contribute to DevOps pipelines in Azure or other cloud environments. - Troubleshoot issues and support production systems with high attention to detail and performance optimization. Requirements : - 3 years of hands-on Sitecore development experience, preferably with Sitecore 9.x or later. - Proficient in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and related frameworks. - Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix/Habitat, SXA, and custom module development. - Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, with experience in React.js or Vue.js being a plus. - Experience with Azure PaaS services, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with CMS performance tuning, caching strategies (HTML cache, data cache, prefetch cache), and SEO best practices. - Experience working in Agile environments, with exposure to Jira, Git, and deployment automation tools. - Sitecore Certification (Developer, SXA, or Architect) is a strong plus. - Experience with Sitecore Headless (JSS) and Composable DXP solutions. - Exposure to personalization strategies, A/B testing, and Sitecore analytics.
