Adobe Experience Manager - CMS

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) professional to join our digital team. This role goes beyond technical expertise, requiring strong business partnering, leadership, and solutioning capabilities. Ideal for practitioners who can bridge the gap between technology and business to deliver seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and deployment of AEM-based solutions. - Take ownership of technical architecture and guide development best practices in AEM (Sites). - Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into scalable AEM solutions. - Act as a business partner, aligning technical capabilities with strategic business goals. - Manage and mentor a team of developers and analysts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Provide solution architecture, design documentation, and project planning for complex AEM implementations. - Drive program and project management activities, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Interface with cross-functional teams, including marketing, business units, and technology teams to deliver seamless solutions. - Work in close collaboration with client leadership teams to identify and drive opportunities for Martech and digital transformation. - Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and tools related to AEM and Martech. Required Skills : - Strong hands-on experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) - particularly in technical architecture, component development, and customization. - In-depth understanding of AEM CMS (Sites) - not just content authoring, but structural design and implementation. - Proven ability in business partnering with internal and external stakeholders. - Team leadership experience - mentoring, task delegation, code review, and team management. - Expertise in solutioning, system design, and architecture of digital content platforms. - Project/Program management experience - managing delivery timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Good to Have : - Exposure to Martech platforms such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. - Certifications in AEM or project management (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, PMP, Scrum) - Experience working in Agile / SAFe methodologies. - Prior experience in client-facing consulting roles.
