Data Analysis Manager

Experience : 9 to 12 years. Location : Bangalore & Responsibilities : - Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities. - Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data findings, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide timely insights to inform business strategies. - Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support specific projects and initiatives as needed. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks. - Present findings and recommendations to management and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Stay current with industry trends and emerging data analysis techniques. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc. - Strong skills in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques. - Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g. , R, Python) is a plus. - Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data management best practices. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
