Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer - AMPscript

About the Job : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation solutions leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will play a crucial role in executing our digital marketing strategies, enhancing customer engagement, and driving business growth through effective and personalized communication. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation principles, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, and excellent problem-solving : - Development and Implementation : Design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, SMS Studio, and MobilePush. - AMP Scripting : Utilize AMPscript to create dynamic and personalized email content, landing pages, and SMS messages to enhance customer engagement and deliver targeted communications. - Data Management : Understand and work with data extensions, segmentation, and list management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure accurate and effective targeting. - Automation and Workflow : Build and manage automated marketing workflows and journeys to nurture leads, onboard customers, and drive desired actions. - Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools. - Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing of all marketing cloud implementations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimal performance. - Troubleshooting and Support : Identify and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and integrations. - Best Practices and Documentation : Adhere to Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, configurations, and solutions. - Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, updates, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions. - Collaboration : Work closely with marketing managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical : - Proven experience (5-7.11 years) as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. - Extensive hands-on experience with Email Studio, including email design, content creation, and deployment. - Strong proficiency in AMPscripting for dynamic content personalization and complex logic implementation. - Experience with SMS Studio for developing and executing SMS marketing campaigns. - Solid understanding of Exact Target (Salesforce Marketing Cloud's former name) platform : - Familiarity with Automation Studio for building and managing automated marketing processes. - Experience with Journey Builder for designing and implementing multi-step customer journeys. - Understanding of data extensions, segmentation, and list management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its integration with Marketing Cloud. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive email design principles. - Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating with external systems is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration : 5 - : Hyderabad & Pune Notice Period: Immediate or 30 Days (ref:hirist.tech)
