Senior UI/UX Designer - Creative Suite

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who combines creative vision with user-centered design principles to craft seamless and impactful digital experiences. You will be at the forefront of our product design effortsleading initiatives from concept through execution and delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design interfaces that are visually compelling, functionally rich, and delightfully intuitive. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end design processes for web and mobile applications, from initial research and ideation to final implementation. - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that translate complex concepts into elegant and intuitive designs. - Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and refine user experiences. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life through iterative feedback loops. - Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices across all platforms. - Maintain and scale a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite. - Communicate design rationale and present solutions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence. - Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually push the boundaries of design excellence. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms. - Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision, Framer, or similar. - Strong knowledge of UX principles, human-centered design, interaction patterns, and user research methodologies. - A strong portfolio showcasing real-world product design projects and thought processes. - Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a user-first mindset. - Experience in agile development environments and the ability to iterate rapidly based on feedback.
