This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a next-generation payroll product! A global tech leader is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their product team. This is a chance to drive research at scale, shaping enterprise products used by millions. Day Rate: €400 per day Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office) Start Date: ASAP Contract: 3 months (Possibility to extend and go perm) Key Responsibilities You’ll focus on understanding how people interact with technology in the workplace, asking the right questions to uncover meaningful behavioural insights that inform product strategy. Work alongside international teams to embed the user perspective into every stage of the product lifecycle. Lead research using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods including usability testing, interviews, and surveys. Manage participant recruitment and oversee all logistics. Interpret data from multiple sources and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. Present recommendations that align with business priorities and project goals About You You have substantial experience conducting UX research for digital products (web, mobile, or software). You bring a strong working knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods. You can create and communicate user needs through interviews, journey maps, personas, business process flows and behavioural analytics. You are comfortable working in distributed teams and collaborating across time zones. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.
