Job responsibility 1. Responsible for the installation, debugging and acceptance of the company's products (mechanical/electronic/automation equipment/software system, etc.) at the customer site. 2. Perform equipment assembly, wiring, parameter configuration and function testing according to technical specifications to ensure the normal operation of the system. 3. Technical support and problem solving, diagnose and solve technical problems during installation and debugging (such as hardware faults, software configuration errors, communication anomalies, etc.). 4. Provide on-site operation training to guide customers to use and maintain the equipment correctly. 5. Documents and reports, prepare installation and debugging reports, acceptance documents and problem solving records, and feedback technical improvement suggestions to R & D/production department. 6. Sorted out customer needs and on-site problems, and assisted in optimizing product design and service processes. 7. Maintained customer relationship, communicated with customer site leaders, coordinated resources and managed installation progress to ensure project delivery on time. Handle customer complaints, improve customer satisfaction and maintain company brand image. 8. Safety and compliance, comply with site safety operation specifications, ensure that the operation meets industry standards and customer requirements (such as ISO, CE certification, etc.). Job requirements Hard conditions: 1. Education: College degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical automation, electronic engineering, computer science or related major. 2. Experience: more than 2 years of on-site installation and commissioning experience, familiar with industry equipment (such as PLC, industrial robots, servers, medical equipment, etc.). Skill: Can read electrical schematics, mechanical assembly drawings or software configuration documents. Skilled use of debugging tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, debugging software, etc.). Basic programming skills (such as PLC ladder diagram, Python script) are preferred. Language: Spanish, (International projects require English communication skills). Have a Spanish green card Soft qualities: Adapt to frequent travel (more than 50% of the time at the customer site), strong ability to work under pressure. Good communication and coordination skills, able to independently contact customers and deal with unexpected problems. Attention to detail, safety awareness and team spirit.
