Digital Transformation Project Manager

Reporting to the Sr. Director, R&D Transformation, the Digital Transformation Program Manager will serve as the Program Management Manager responsible for a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives to drive New Product Innovation and organic growth for Honeywell. What You Will Be Doing: This role will lead the technology and business process changes required for the New product innovation (NPI), NPI program and portfolio management, and NPI performance reporting. The Senior Program Manager will collaborate extensively with stakeholders across Engineering Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain & Operations, Finance, and IT, to drive the success of R&D and Innovation objectives. Role available in Charlotte and Atlanta KEY RESPONSABILITIES: In this position, the PM is responsible for overseeing all phases of the programs/portfolio, including: Strategy and Planning of short and long-term transformation initiatives Partner with stakeholders to Develop and deploy systems and tools Deploy analytical platform and tools to provide insights on NPI performance Lead change control board to intake and prioritize all business requirements Lead monthly operating review (MOR) for all R&D transformation initiatives The successful candidate will have: Strong program management experience driving business process improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer focused, detail driven, and professional demeanor A Passion for delivering results and building trust with internal and external stakeholders A proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload The ability to work independently and self-motivate a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment MUST HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field 6 years of program/project management experience Previous experience supporting large scale digital transformation projects Advanced experience in excel and PPT WE VALUE: Graduate degree in engineering or business Experience working with and presenting to senior executives Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to work independently Knowledge of enterprise applications and analytical tools and platforms Knowledge of Analytics/Advanced analytics is a plus (EDW, Power BI, Tableau, Data Bricks) Business Transformation consulting experience is a plus PMP
