Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families. Duties Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients. Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive support for clients. Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members on best practices in behavioral therapy. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Stay current with research and developments in the field of behavioral health and special education. Skills Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to behavioral health. Expertise in diagnostic evaluation techniques. In-depth understanding of applied behavior analysis methodologies. Ability to implement effective behavioral therapy strategies tailored to individual needs. Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with special education frameworks and resources.
