Are you an experience Legal Secretary working within a magic circle or international law firm and looking to join one of the most prestigious and growing law firms in London? Do you have 5 years' experience working within Corporate with exposure to supporting senior stakeholders? If so, we'd love to hear from you We are recruiting a Legal Secretary to work for a very successful corporate department. The role is Monday to Friday, paying a competitive salary Some hybrid working and great benefits on offer. Duties in this role will include, but are not limited to, opening new matters, diary management, document production, arranging meetings and events, filing and archiving, making travel arrangements, managing expenses, adhoc administration tasks. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills are a must as well as the ability to liaise with people at all levels in the business. You must be able to work flexibly according to the demands of the business, have a commercial mindset and be a self-starter able to use your own initiative.
