Engineering Data Lead Location: Barrow in Furness (2 days p/w on site) Salary: £50,000 - £63,000 (depending on experience) excellent bens. If so, this is your chance to take the lead in a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly shape the success of cutting-edge projects What You’ll Do: ✅ Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of TDP Engineers, assigning work packages, developing talent, and driving excellence through goal setting and personal development. ✅ Own the Data: Establish, maintain, and enforce configuration control of existing and new data, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., BS 8888) and contractual requirements. ✅ Drive Technical Excellence: Deliver high-quality technical documentation, including drawings, models, and other outputs, in accordance with industry best practices and business configuration management processes. ✅ Ensure Quality & Precision: Guarantee that all TDP outputs meet strict quality standards by applying correct drawing disciplines, best modeling methods, and ensuring CAD/PLM metadata is accurate and optimized for manufacturing.
