This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced composite components for sectors such as Formula 1, Motorsport and Hypercar Manufacturing. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Laminating composite components to the highest standards using pre-preg and wet-lay techniques. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, lay-up manuals, and work instructions. Working with carbon fibre, Kevlar, and other advanced composite materials. Ensuring all work meets quality control and inspection requirements. Collaborating with engineers and production teams to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Essential Requirements: Proven experience in laminating within a high-performance engineering environment, such as Automotive, Motorsport, or Aerospace . Experience working with structural composite components . Flexibility to work various shift patterns,
