On any given day you might Player Support Agents are customer-focused individuals that understand the highs and lows of online geek and gaming culture and are able to use that knowledge to empathize with our players. Relevant traits or values Honesty Respect High energy Logic Reasoning Involvement in gaming communities Good at expressing yourself (verbally and in writing Required Qualifications: High-school diploma or equivalent 1 year of professional experience in a Customer Service position B2 English Level proficiency Advanced writing skills Proficiency in Windows and Office applications Active Gamer: MOBAS, Shooters, etc 100% On Site in CDMX Desired Qualifications: Technical or social science background.
