Senior Business Process Analyst Forvis Mazars is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to join our rapidly growing Consulting Services team ! Job Description This role must understand process architecture, implement appropriate metrics/performance indicators and risks, and cover strategic, business, and support processes. The profile requires skills to document and model business processes using formal and recognized standards, assess risks, design controls, and recommend plans for continuous improvement, ensuring that people adapt and adopt changes (cultural, procedural, technological, etc). Your responsibilities will include the following: Develop, evaluate, and/or implement process improvements in different projects. Perform financial, operational (including technological), and compliance risk analysis. Lead teams covering clients from diverse sectors, mainly Financial (Banking & Insurance), Manufacturing, Retail & Services. Manage projects for on-time, on-budget execution. Promote a culture of control in the client's personnel, ensuring that the responsibilities of each area are communicated assertively. Verify the maintenance and improvement of the clients' internal control system. Qualification Preferences: A bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, finance, or a related field is required. 5 years of related experience required. Experience managing projects that include transversal processes (‘end-to-end’ cycles/processes), i.e., involving different areas or business units (e.g., OTC, PTP, RTR, among others). Must have the ability to analyze complex business situations. Strong project management/organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to large or small groups Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills (Power BI / Tableau / Qlink). Knowledge or certifications in process and control: ISO 9001, Lean / Six Sigma, BPMN / EPC modeling, Kaizen, COSO 2013, ISO 31000. What can we offer?
