We invite you to become part of SSW Advanced Technologies | Collis de México as Supply Chain Manager. Candidate Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related field. MBA preferred 8 years of Material Management experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment Skills & Knowledge APICS Certification preferred though not required Extensive knowledge and experience with MRP and ERP systems (SAP preferred, Oracle, and/or BPCS/AS400) High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with inventory forecasting, developing master production schedules, and reducing scheduling variances Must be a proactive change agent and possess leadership skills to build and maintain a team-oriented environment Must have solid interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff and to interact with various departments throughout the organization Bilingual (English & Spanish) Strategic thinker Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Provides management direction and oversight to include overseeing day to day material control operations. This may include but not limited to inventory reporting, proper material storage, material receiving, shipping and preparation of all supporting documentation Develop budgets and financial forecasts for supply chain operations Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking Lead inventory control & planning activities including the coordination of: cycle counts and physical inventories, receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities Manage the identification and disposition of excess and obsolete inventory Coordinate scheduling and inventory movement for all outside processing inventory locations Use ERP/MRP systems to track and forecast inventory needs Align supply chain processes with production schedules Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely material availability About us: https://www.sswtechnologies.com/
